Refund, cancellation and delivery terms for NUVOLTIX services and hardware orders.
Eligible recurring services — including web hosting, VPS and cloud servers — are covered by a 15-day money-back guarantee starting from the initial activation date, unless stated otherwise on the product page. If you are not satisfied, cancel within this window through the client panel to receive a full refund of the base service fee.
The guarantee applies once per customer and only to the first purchase of a given service type. Renewals, upgrades and subsequent orders are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
The following are non-refundable once activated, registered or ordered: domain name registrations and transfers; software licenses (including Windows Server, cPanel and Plesk licenses); SSL certificates after issuance; setup and one-time labor fees; dedicated servers and colocation after provisioning; and new, used or custom-procured hardware after the order has been placed with the supplier.
Amounts already consumed on usage-based (hourly-billed) services are non-refundable; only unused prepaid credit may be considered for refund at our discretion.
You may cancel any Service at any time through the client panel at shop.nuvoltix.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless you request immediate termination.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by the account holder. Simply ceasing to use a Service or allowing an invoice to go unpaid does not constitute cancellation, and accrued charges remain payable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Where the original method is unavailable, the amount may be added to your account as credit.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution. Please reach out to info@nuvoltix.com first — most billing issues are resolved within one business day.
Credits issued under the uptime commitment in the Service Agreement are applied to future invoices and have no cash value. Credits are not redeemable for refunds.
Cloud and hosting services are provisioned automatically, typically within minutes and no later than 24 hours after payment confirmation. Dedicated servers are delivered within 1–5 business days depending on configuration.
Hardware supply lead times are quoted per order: typically 24–72 hours for in-stock items and 2–6 weeks for factory orders. Quoted lead times are estimates and begin upon payment confirmation.
